Harbans Mody

Harbans Mody is located right in the middle of everything at Connaught Place. We are in Sagar Apartments, specifically B 8 on the 6th floor. It’s an old building but it has character. You can hear the city humming from up here. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time. It’s mostly just paperwork and handling local business matters. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who have been doing this for years. The elevators in the building are a bit slow, so we tell people to be patient. Inside, it's pretty quiet compared to the street below. We have stacks of files and a couple of old fans that keep things cool. It’s a very traditional way of working. We don't use much fancy technology, just the basics to keep things moving. People come to us because they know where we are and they know we’ve been around. Connaught Place is a busy hub, so there’s always something happening outside. We usually have lunch at the small shops nearby. It’s a routine that works for us. We don't put on any airs or try to look bigger than we are. It’s just a small office in an old part of town where we handle our daily tasks. We appreciate the history of the area and the people we have met over all these years here.
