Growth Job Solution

Growth Job Solution is located in the basement at C-9/36 in Sector-8, Rohini. We are right opposite Saroj Hospital, which makes it easy for people to find us when they come for interviews. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is a relief, though we do miss the sunlight sometimes. The office is basically just a few partitions and some chairs for people to wait in. We spend our time looking through resumes and talking to candidates who are looking for a break in their careers. Some days are really quiet and we just sort through emails, but other days the place is packed with young people hoping to find a job. We don't try to act like a big fancy HR firm. We are just local people in Rohini trying to connect workers with companies that need them. It gets a bit hectic when multiple interviews are happening at once and the phone is ringing off the hook. There is always a stack of papers on the main desk and someone is usually rushing out to grab a quick lunch from the stalls nearby. We have been in this spot for a bit and people in the area know us now. It is a simple operation and we just try to help out whoever walks down those basement stairs looking for a new start.
