You can find Aventus Human Capital Solutions (p) Ltd. at 40/48 on the Ground Florr of EPDP Rd. We mostly deal with helping people find jobs and helping companies find the right staff. The office is usually busy with interviews or people dropping off their resumes. It’s a ground-floor space, so we get a lot of people just poking their heads in to ask if we’re hiring. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a couple of chairs for people waiting to talk to us. Dealing with human capital basically means we talk to people all day long. Some days are great when we help someone land a position they really wanted, and other days are just a lot of sorting through emails and making phone calls that nobody answers. We’ve been on EPDP Rd for a while and the staff knows the local commute and the local businesses pretty well. We don't use a lot of fancy software to pick people; we mostly just talk to them and see if they're a good fit for the jobs we have. It’s a simple, person-to-person kind of business. We try to keep things relaxed so people don't feel too nervous when they come in for a meeting.
