Our spot is at No. 1677/16 in Govindpuri Extension. Ask Home Service is the kind of place where the phone doesn’t stop ringing for long. People have things breaking in their houses all the time, and they call us to help out. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few chairs for when the guys come back from a job and need a rest. Govindpuri Extension is a tight-knit neighborhood, and we know a lot of the people living around here. We aren't some big corporation with a fancy call center. It’s usually just one of us answering the phone and writing down addresses in a notebook. Sometimes the handwriting is hard to read, which causes some confusion later on. Dealing with all sorts of home issues means every day is a bit different. One day it’s a leaky pipe, and the next it’s something else entirely. We keep our tools organized as best we can, but things always seem to go missing right when you need them. Out on the street, it's always noisy with traffic and people going about their business. Getting to the houses as fast as we can is the main goal. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night. A website that looks like a million bucks isn't something we have; we just have a working phone line. Sharing a few laughs when a particularly strange job comes through the door helps the day go by.
