Greenfield Smart School

Greenfield Smart School is based at A-11 in the Fiee Complex, which is right by C Lal Chowk in the Okhla area. If you are familiar with Delhi 110020, you already know it is a very industrial and commercial part of the city. Being located inside a business complex like this means we are surrounded by workshops, printing presses, and small offices instead of quiet residential streets. It is a bit of an unusual spot for a school, but it actually works out very well for the many parents who work in the Okhla industrial estate and need a place nearby for their kids. The "Smart" part of our name mostly refers to the fact that we try to use some digital tools and screens when we can, but at the end of the day, it’s a very traditional school environment. We have the usual rows of wooden desks and whiteboards in every classroom. The hallways can get a bit narrow when the classes are changing over, and you can definitely hear the noise of the city coming through the windows. We don’t have a big green garden or a playground with grass, just the school building itself tucked in the middle of the complex. The staff usually eats their lunch together in a small breakroom, where we talk about the daily commute or the local weather. We aren't trying to be the most high-end or modern school in Delhi; we just want to provide a solid place where children can learn.
