We spend most of our time at 208 Ashirwad Commercial Complex. It's over in D - 1 Green Park. Pulse Medika started out as a part of the bigger Pulse Pharma group but we handle things here on our own level. People ask what we do exactly and mostly it is just getting medical supplies where they need to go. We keep the shelves stocked and manage orders that come in throughout the week. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic around lunch but we manage. The building is easy to find if you know the Green Park area well enough. There are usually a few of us here from morning until early evening. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly desks and boxes and phones ringing. The neighborhood is okay, plenty of traffic during the rush hours though. We have been in this spot for a while now and most of the other shop owners know us by name. It’s a practical setup for the work we do. If someone calls, we pick up and try to sort out whatever they need regarding the pharma supplies. No big speeches or goals really, just keeping the operations running. Sometimes the air conditioner acts up in the summer but we get through it. We just focus on the orders. The stairs in the complex can be steep for some, but it's home for us. We just keep moving forward and doing the work as it comes.
