Govt High School

We've been over here at New Manglapuri in Mehrauli for a while now. The school is right on the third floor of building 117 A. It’s a busy spot in Delhi, especially in the mornings when the kids start arriving. You’ll see them climbing the stairs and dropping their bags. We handle the daily routine of classes and exams without making too much noise about it. The classrooms are basic but they get the job done. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud in the summer, but that’s just how it is here. Most people around the neighborhood know where we are. We don't have a big fancy gate or anything, just the sign out front. The teachers come in early to get things ready before the first bell. We’ve got desks that have seen better days, yet they still hold up. It’s mostly about getting through the syllabus and making sure the students show up on time. On rainy days, the area gets a bit muddy, but everyone manages to get inside. We don’t do big advertisements. Most families just hear about us from their neighbors or relatives living nearby. It’s a simple setup. We deal with a lot of paperwork and government forms every week. It’s just how a school like this runs. We’re part of the local community here in Mehrauli, right near the old historical parts of the city. We keep the doors open and the chalkboards busy every single weekday.
