Baljeet Nagar is one of those places where the streets are a bit narrow and everyone knows their neighbors. Our office is simple. We have a couple of rooms where we handle our education business. It’s not fancy at all. We have basic furniture and some computers. Most days start with opening up the shutters and dusting off the desks. We deal with students and parents from the local area mostly. People just walk in because they saw our sign or heard about us from someone down the street. We don't do much advertising. We think it’s better to just be honest with people about what we can do. The ground floor is handy because we get a lot of foot traffic. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty when the wind blows through the street, but that’s just part of being in Central Delhi. We drink a lot of tea and spend our time sorting out admissions and paperwork. It’s a small operation, and we don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just us working hard to keep things moving. We like the community feel here in Baljeet Nagar. It feels like we are part of the daily life of the people living around us, and that makes the work feel more real and useful.
