Gadar Grassroot Foundation

We've been around Than Singh Nagar for a while now. Gadar Grassroot Foundation is just a group of us who wanted to do something for the neighborhood here in Gali No-2. It's not a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a small spot at 322/1 where we handle things. New Delhi can be a tough place to navigate, and we figured starting right at the bottom, at the grass roots, was the only way to actually get anything done. Most days, you'll find someone here just trying to sort through the daily tasks. We don't have a big marketing team or people writing fancy speeches for us. It’s mostly just sitting down, looking at what needs doing in Central Delhi, and trying to make it happen. People stop by the office when they need to chat. We’ve kept it simple because that’s what works for us and the people around here. The 110005 area has its own set of challenges, and we're just part of the community trying to deal with them one at a time. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes we're just figuring things out as we go. That's just how it is when you're working on the ground. We aren't trying to change the whole world overnight, just focusing on our bit of the street and seeing where that takes us. It keeps us busy and gives us a reason to show up every morning.
