Friends Provision Store

We have been running this store at 948 C/1 in Kotla Mubarakpur for quite a while now. Most people find us easily because we are right on Arjun Nagar Nehru Road, just across the way from Defence Colony. It’s a busy little corner of the world. My family and I open the shutters early every single morning to get everything ready for the day's customers. We carry all the basic stuff you’d need for your daily cooking, like different types of rice, pulses, flours, and oils. We also make sure to keep those small items people often forget until the last minute, like a box of matches or a packet of biscuits for tea. The shop itself is a bit on the small side, but we do our best to keep it organized so we can find things quickly when a neighbor walks in looking for something specific. Sometimes it gets really crowded in the late afternoons when everyone is out doing their daily chores. Arjun Nagar is a lively place to work, and we have come to know most of the people who walk through our door by their first names. It isn't one of those fancy supermarkets or a polished retail chain. It is just a regular local store where you can pick up what you need without any fuss. We spend a lot of our time checking the stock and making sure everything is fresh. Dealing with the delivery trucks takes up a good part of the morning too. If you are ever walking past the area, you will probably see us there. We focus on keeping the essentials in stock and helping out whoever stops by.
