At Freelancer Logistics Pvt. Ltd., our office is tucked away in House No-127 over at the Vardhman Crown Mall. It’s a bit of a strange place for a logistics company since most people go to malls for shopping or food, but it works for what we do here in Dwarka Sector 19. We are close to Amrohi Village, specifically in Pocket-2. Sometimes finding the exact unit can be a little tricky if you haven't been here before, but most locals know the mall well enough. Every day is mostly spent on the phone or staring at computer screens tracking where packages are. We handle a lot of different shipments, and it gets pretty hectic when the weather is bad or during the holiday rush. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the office besides the computers. We don't bother much with decorations or making things look fancy. It’s mostly just files, stacks of paper, and boxes waiting to be sorted. Our team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can without making too many mistakes. It is a lot of coordination between drivers and warehouses that are miles away from this little spot in the mall. We usually head out once the sun goes down and the mall traffic starts to die out. There is a decent tea shop downstairs we visit too.
