Foundation For Future Ready Nari

Our place is at 202, on the first floor of the Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase III. It’s right in the middle of all the noise and activity of the factories. Foundation For Future Ready Nari is what’s on our door. We spend our days working with women who are trying to get their footing in the workforce. Being in Okhla is good because there are so many businesses around us, so it feels like we are in the heart of things. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, some chairs, and a small area where we have our meetings. We talk a lot about what skills are actually needed out there today. It’s not just about learning a trade, but about being ready for whatever comes next. We have a lot of people coming in and out, so there is always a bit of a buzz in the room. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet acts up, but we just keep going. We aren't some big corporate entity. We are just a group of people who want to see more women doing well for themselves. It is practical work, and we try to keep it as straightforward as we can. No fluff, just getting people ready for the real world. That’s what we do every day at 202. We've been here long enough that the tea stall downstairs knows our order by heart.
