Focal Skill Foundation

Focal Skill Foundation is tucked away in Lane W-10/24 at Western Avenue in Sainik Farms. It’s a bit different from the rest of New Delhi because there’s more space and a lot more trees around H-38. We like it here because it stays a bit quieter than the main city roads. Our office is simple, with just enough room for the desks and some chairs for visitors. We don't have a big corporate team, just a handful of people who care about skills. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer. Sometimes the internet is slow, which can be annoying, but we get through it. The lane can be a bit tricky to find if the GPS is acting up, so we usually tell people to look for the big gates. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to us. We keep things very basic. No uniforms or strict rules, just a focus on getting the work done every day. In the evenings, the light in the office is really nice. It’s a peaceful place to finish up the day’s paperwork. We are just regular people trying to run a foundation without too much fuss. Sometimes we stay and talk after work about things that aren't even related to the office.
