Fedders Lloyd Corp Ltd

Our space is over at 214 in the Maitri Apartments. This is in I.P. Extension, which is a fairly residential part of Patparganj in New Delhi. Working out of an apartment complex is a bit different than a regular commercial building. It’s usually quieter here, except when the kids are coming home from school in the afternoon. We use this flat as our main base for Fedders Lloyd Corp Ltd. You have to go through the main gate of the society, and sometimes the guards ask a lot of questions before letting people in. It’s a nice enough spot with some trees around the parking area. Inside, we’ve turned the rooms into working areas. The kitchen is mostly just for making tea and coffee now. We spend most of our time in the main living room area where the big tables are set up. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which I think everyone prefers anyway. Patparganj has changed a lot over the years with more buildings coming up, but our little corner in Maitri Apartments stays pretty much the same. We don’t have fancy glass walls or a reception desk. It’s just us and our computers and the daily routine of getting things done. We usually wrap up around six and head out before the traffic gets too bad on the main road. The lift in the building is a bit slow, so sometimes we just take the stairs if we are in a hurry to get home.
