Our office is situated at Cb - 228 on the Ring Road, right near the petrol pump in Naraina. It is a very loud spot because of all the cars and trucks flying by on the Ring Road, but it is convenient for getting around the city. Fearles Security Man is really just a bunch of us working to manage security guards for various locations. We spend our mornings checking in with the guards at their posts and making sure everything went okay through the night. The office itself is pretty plain, just a couple of rooms with some chairs and a desk where we do the hiring and the payroll. Sometimes the petrol pump next door gets backed up and it is a mess to get out of our driveway, but we deal with it. We do not use a lot of big words or have fancy brochures. We just talk to people plainly about what they need and see if we have the right person for the job. It is a lot of human management, which can be tricky when people call in sick or traffic makes someone late. We try to keep things running smooth, but like any business, we have our rough days where everything seems to happen at once. Being in Naraina puts us in a good spot to reach different parts of Delhi quickly. It is just a regular workday for us, keeping things moving and staying on top of the schedule.
