Ekaant Foundation

So we are based over in Dharampura, Najafgarh at Plot No-4/5 in Block G. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city areas but we like it here. Ekaant Foundation is basically just a few of us working out of this space. Najafgarh has its own pace of life. It’s a mix of old houses and some new constructions coming up lately. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside but inside we keep ourselves busy. We usually start our day pretty early when the local market starts waking up. People around here know where we are if they need something. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy brochures. Most of our work happens right here on the ground or out in the neighborhood. We’ve got some old desks and a few fans that make a bit of noise in the summer. It’s a very local operation. We talk to the shopkeepers and the families living nearby quite a bit. It’s not about being some big organization with offices everywhere. It’s just this one spot in Delhi 110043 where we try to do some good. Sometimes things get a little bit messy and disorganized but we figure it out as we go. We aren't trying to impress anyone with polished reports or fancy talk. We just do the work, lock up the office, and go home to our families. It’s a simple life and that's how we like it.
