Ek Balidaan Aap Ke Naam Foundation

Our foundation, Ek Balidaan Aap Ke Naam, is based out of Gopal Nagar Extension in Najafgarh. We’re at House No. 30-A, which is near the New RLY Master Factory. It’s a very practical, hardworking part of South West Delhi, and we fit right in. The office is just a part of the house, which makes it feel a bit more personal and less like a cold business. We don’t have any big signs or fancy decorations. Mostly, it’s just us working around a table, trying to figure out how to help people. The name of our foundation is a bit of a mouthful, but it means a lot to us. We aren't here to make a profit or get famous; we just want to do our part. Being near the factory means there’s always noise and movement, which keeps us on our toes. We don’t have a big staff, so whoever is around handles whatever comes up. Sometimes it’s answering the phone, other times it’s heading out into Najafgarh to see someone. We don't go in for corporate polish or marketing speak. We’re just honest people doing honest work. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers everywhere and the tea kettle always on, but it’s how we get things done in our small corner of Delhi. We just try to be useful to the folks living around here.
