We started this school because there were a lot of young people around here who wanted to get into the hotel business but didn’t know where to start. We aren't a big university or anything like that; it’s more of a local training center where we teach the basics. We have a few rooms set up to look like hotel sections so the students can practice. It gets pretty loud sometimes when a class is in session, especially when they’re learning about kitchen work or how to set up a table. Sitapuri is a bit of a crowded area, but it’s easy for the students to get to by bus or rickshaw. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. Most of our students hear about us from their friends or neighbors. The building itself is just a regular structure in the neighborhood. We spend our days showing kids how to handle customers and manage a front desk properly. It’s hard work, and not everyone sticks with it, but we try to give them the tools they need. The staff here is just a small group of people who have worked in hotels before and wanted to pass on what they know. It’s a simple operation, but it keeps us busy from morning till night.
