We are located in Rajendra Place, right in Gopala Towers on the tenth floor. It is a busy part of the city and finding a parking spot in the morning can be a real headache sometimes. Most days here are spent looking through resumes and talking to people about jobs. It is not glamorous work, just a lot of phones ringing and computers humming in the office. Our space at 10B is usually full of files and people coming in for interviews. We handle the HR side of things for other businesses so they do not have to deal with the mountain of paperwork themselves. Rajendra Place has a lot of movement, people rushing around with their bags, and we are just one part of that crowd. The office gets a bit noisy when everyone is on a call at once. We have been in this building for some time now. Some days are longer than others, especially when there is a big hiring deadline. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep everything organized. It is about making sure people get hired and the payroll stays on track without any glitches. Sometimes the elevator in the tower takes forever, but that is just life in a big commercial building. We do what we can from our corner of the city. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, drink our tea, and get to the tasks that are waiting for us.
