Eastern Medikit

Eastern Medikit is based at A 110 in Vijay Park, right here in New Delhi. If you’ve ever spent time in this part of Delhi, you know how packed the streets can get with traders and shops. Our place is essentially a hub for medical kits. We have stacks of supplies everywhere, sometimes right up to the ceiling, because space is tight in this neighborhood. It’s a busy environment with people coming in and out all day long. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a shiny glass entrance. It’s mostly just a working warehouse with a small corner for the office work. The noise from the street is always there in the background, but we don’t really notice it anymore. We focus on getting the kits assembled and sent out to wherever they are going next. It’s a lot of manual sorting and packing. The summer months are tough because the fans just move the hot air around, but we keep at it. We aren't the kind of company that uses big words to describe what we do. We just make kits and sell them. It’s a simple business model that has worked for us for a long time. We know our neighbors and we know the delivery drivers who come by every afternoon. It’s a typical Delhi business—cramped, busy, and always moving. We just do our part and try to stay organized in the middle of all the chaos.
