Byonic Medical Systems

Our office is located in E-706, Pocket 3 of the DDA Flats in Bindapur, Dwarka. It’s a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a sterile office. We handle medical systems, which means we have a lot of technical manuals and spare parts sitting around on the shelves. The room where we work has a big window that looks out over the parking area, so we can see when someone is coming. It’s mostly a quiet place to work, except for when we are testing some of the equipment and things start beeping. There are a couple of desks pushed together in the main room where we do most of the paperwork. We’ve lived and worked in this part of Dwarka for a long time, so we know the area pretty well. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate, but it’s not too bad. We don’t have a receptionist or any fancy lobby. If you come by, one of us will just look up from our desk and say hello. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to technicians or ordering parts from our suppliers. It’s a steady kind of job, and we take it one day at a time. We don't have any big slogans, we just make sure the medical systems are handled correctly for the people who need them.
