At Dso International Pvt. Ltd., our office is tucked away in the Vijaya Building at number 73 Barakhamba Road. We are in unit MD2. It’s one of those classic buildings in the heart of the city that has seen a lot of history. Being on Barakhamba Road means we are right in the middle of everything. The sidewalks are always full of people rushing to and from the metro station. We have a modest setup inside. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't really go for the polished corporate look that some of the newer offices have. We prefer things to be functional. Our team is small, and we’ve all been working together for a while, so we don't need a lot of formal rules. We just show up and handle whatever tasks are on the desk for that day. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit loud, but it keeps us cool during the Delhi summers. We spend a lot of time on the phones or typing away at our keyboards. We don’t have any fancy goals written on the wall. We just focus on doing the work properly and going home to our families. It’s a busy environment, but we’ve found our own rhythm over the years. We’ve watched the skyline of Barakhamba change quite a bit, but our little corner in the Vijaya Building stays pretty much the same. It suits us just fine.
