Dr M L Gupta Ji & Co is located at 2690 in the Main Bazaar, right off GT Karnal Road. Being in the Main Bazaar means there is constant noise and a lot of dust from the heavy traffic on the highway. Our place is an old-style office where we’ve been helping people for a long time. It’s a busy spot, and you can hear the trucks rumbling by all day long. The office itself is filled with books and old records, and it has that distinct smell of an established practice. We don't have a modern reception area; it’s more of a place where you walk in and find a chair. The team is just a few dedicated people who have been around since the start. We handle a lot of different things, mostly serving the local community and those traveling along the GT Karnal Road. It’s a bit of a squeeze when it gets crowded, but we manage to see everyone. We don't use much technology, preferring to do things the way we always have with pen and paper. It’s honest work and we don’t feel the need to dress it up with fancy language or marketing. People know where we are, and they know we’ll be here from morning till evening. It’s a simple, hardworking environment in a very busy part of town. Most people just call us the doctor's office in the bazaar.
