Dolki Nandan Charitable Foundation

Our foundation, Dolki Nandan Charitable Foundation, is on the ground floor at L-382 in Mahipalpur Extension. This is Street 9 in South West Delhi, zip code 110037. Mahipalpur is a very busy area because it’s so close to the airport. There are always people moving about and cars parked everywhere on the narrow streets. Being on the ground floor is very convenient for us because we don't have to deal with stairs or waiting for elevators. Our office is just a simple, straightforward space. We have some basic desks and chairs and a few shelves for our files. The street outside, Street 9, is a bit narrow but it’s always lively. You can hear the planes overhead and the noise of the local markets nearby. It’s not a quiet, polished corporate headquarters. It’s just a real place in a real neighborhood. We like it here because we’re right in the middle of everything. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we know the other business owners on the street quite well. Our workspace isn't fancy, but it has everything we need to do our foundation work. There are no polished slogans or corporate mottos on the walls. It’s just a practical room where we sit and get things done. We prefer it this way because it feels more honest and down-to-earth. It’s our home base in South West Delhi, and it works well for us.
