Dilite Marketing

Dilite Marketing is based out of Khanpur Duggal Colony, specifically in B Block, 196 A. It’s a residential-style area, so our setup is quite modest and fits right into the neighborhood. We don’t have a big corporate sign or anything like that. Inside, it’s mostly desks, phones, and a lot of notebooks where we keep track of who needs what. Marketing in a place like this is mostly about talking to people and keeping relationships going. We spend a lot of time on the phone, sometimes dealing with suppliers who are running late or customers who have a quick question. It’s not always exciting, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. The colony is usually pretty quiet, except when school lets out and the kids are running around. We like being here because it feels more like a community than a business district. We don't go for those high-pressure sales tactics or glossy brochures. We just tell people what we have available and see if it works for them. Sometimes the internet goes down, and we have to do everything by hand, which slows us down but doesn't stop us. It’s just a small team of us working together, trying to stay on top of the orders and making sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. It’s honest work, and we try to do it as best as we can without making a big fuss or overcomplicating things.
