Dilip Jayant

Our skincare clinic is tucked into the A R Complex at R K Puram, specifically at number 39. It is right opposite the Hyatt Hotel, so it is quite easy to spot once you get to the complex. Dilip Jayant is the name on the door. We spend our days looking at skin issues, from simple rashes to things that have been bothering people for years. The clinic isn't very large, but we’ve organized it so there is enough room for everyone. It’s a bit of a trek up the stairs sometimes, but most people don't mind. We have a lot of regular patients who come from all over Delhi because they like the way we handle things. We don't use a lot of fancy medical jargon. We just tell you what we see and what might help. The waiting room has some old magazines and a water cooler that makes a loud gulping sound every now and then. It’s a very normal place. Being across from a big hotel like the Hyatt makes for some interesting people-watching from the window. We try to stay on schedule, but sometimes a case takes longer than we thought it would. That’s just the nature of the work. We use simple forms for new patients and keep everything in folders. It’s an honest way to run a clinic. We’re just here to help with skin problems as best as we can.
