We operate Digitex Medical Systems Pvt. Ltd. from our place at No. 2/ 6 in West Patel Nagar. It’s a well-known neighborhood, and we have been here long enough to see a lot of changes. The street is usually busy with people going to the market or headed to work. Our office is a modest setup on the ground floor. It’s a bit cramped because we have a lot of medical systems and parts that need to be stored properly. We don’t have any fancy carpets or designer furniture. Mostly it is just sturdy desks and metal racks. The staff here is a mix of young and old, and we all pitch in when a big shipment arrives. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait for the technician to come by, which can be frustrating. We don’t do a lot of shouting about our business. We prefer to just do the work and let things happen naturally. If someone calls, they usually talk to one of us directly, not some automated machine. It’s a very human way of doing business. We have our share of busy days and quiet ones. During the summer, we keep the fans going full blast and try to stay cool while we sort through the invoices. It is a typical small-business life in Delhi. We are just people working hard to make sure our medical systems are ready for whoever needs them. It keeps us going every day.
