Digitek Fire Safety (P) Ltd.

We are up on the second floor of Satyam Tower in the commercial complex at Paschim Vihar. Plot No.265 is the spot. It’s a busy building with a lot of different businesses, so there’s always a lot of noise in the hallways. Digitek Fire Safety (P) Ltd. is what we call ourselves. Our office is filled with red fire extinguishers of all sizes and various types of alarm sensors sitting on the shelves. We have to keep a lot of paperwork because everything needs to be signed and dated for safety inspections. It’s a lot of administrative work, but it’s necessary. The windows look out over the parking lot, which is usually a bit chaotic. We have a few desks and a very old filing cabinet that squeaks every time we open it. Most of our work happens out at other people’s buildings, checking their systems and making sure everything is ready just in case. We spend a lot of time driving around the city, which can be exhausting with the traffic. When we are in the office, we’re usually catching up on reports or answering the phone. It’s a serious business, but we try to keep a relaxed atmosphere in the room. We have a small fridge for cold water, which is a life-saver in the summer months. We’ve been in Paschim Vihar for a good while and know the local managers well.
