Our place, St. Stone Medical Devices Pvt. Ltd., is up on the 3rd floor of A-13 on Khanpur Devli Road. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. From up here, we can see the traffic on Devli Road, which is always moving. We spend our days surrounded by various medical devices. It’s a lot of small parts and specialized tools. We have a small team of people who know these items inside out. Most of our time is spent on the computer or checking the inventory in the back room. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s important to the hospitals we supply. Khanpur is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside. We usually have lunch together in the small break area we set up. It feels more like a small family than a big corporation. We don't go in for big meetings or long presentations. We just look at the orders and see what needs to go out by the end of the day. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is due. The 3rd floor gets a bit warm in the summer, but we have a few fans going. We’ve been at this location for a good while and it feels like home to us. It’s just a regular office where we do our best to stay organized and keep the shelves full.
