You can find us at 1/421 on Street Number 6 in the Friends Colony industrial area. Jhilmil is a busy part of town, especially with all the manufacturing going on. Develop Engineering Corporation has been in this spot for quite a while. The street is usually lined with delivery tempos and workers moving stuff around. Our place is basically a big workspace with a small office tucked in the front. It’s not the quietest neighborhood, but you get used to the sounds of the other factories nearby. We do a lot of custom fabrication and engineering work. Most of our days are spent checking measurements and making sure the lathes are running right. It gets pretty hot in the summer, so we have big fans blowing all the time. We aren’t really into the corporate lifestyle. Most of us show up in old clothes because you’re going to get grease on you anyway. We have a small desk for the paperwork, but it’s usually covered in blueprints. The people who work here are mostly locals from around Jhilmil or nearby. We’ve got a rhythm to how we do things. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes a machine breaks down and ruins the schedule. But we fix it and keep going. We don't have a fancy sign, just the address and the name on the gate. It’s enough for the people who need to find us. We keep things pretty simple here, focusing on the metalwork.
