Deepak Traders

Deepak Traders is located at G 38 in Uttam Nagar. It’s a pretty standard shop in a very busy part of town. If you’ve ever been to Uttam Nagar, you know how the streets are. We have been here for years, and we know almost everyone on our block. We trade in different goods, mostly whatever people in the neighborhood are looking for. Our shop isn't big. We have shelves stacked high, and sometimes it’s hard to move around when we get a new shipment in. It’s just how we do things. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who take turns minding the counter. We don't have air conditioning, so in the summer, we just keep the door open and use a big fan. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it. We like being part of the local scene. We aren't looking to become some massive chain. We just want to provide what our customers need and earn a decent living for our families. Sometimes we run out of stock and have to wait for the next truck, but our regulars are usually patient. It’s a straightforward business. No bells and whistles, just a local shop in a busy neighborhood. We’ve seen kids grow up and start their own families while we’ve been sitting at this counter. It’s a good life.
