Our office sits on Bakshi Farm Road in Ghitorni. You can find us on the ground floor, specifically on the right side of the building in Kh No 445. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, which helps when we need to focus on our work. The space is simple, with just enough room for our files and a few chairs for visitors. We spend most of our time dealing with the land and buildings around this part of New Delhi. It’s a hands-on kind of job, so we are often out on the road as much as we are in the office. Being on the ground floor is convenient because we are always moving in and out throughout the day. Ghitorni has a specific feel to it, and we have grown used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We don’t try to make things sound more complicated than they are. If someone asks about a plot, we tell them what we know. There isn't any polished marketing here, just us doing our daily rounds and keeping our records straight. The Bakshi Farm Road area is a mix of different things, and we fit right into that local fabric. We keep the lights on and the doors open during normal hours, usually starting quite early to beat the heat and the heaviest traffic. That’s just how we run things here every single day.
