D L G Herbs India Pvt. Ltd. is located at X-17 on the 2nd Floor in Hauz Khas. Our office doesn’t look like much, but it always smells wonderful because of all the different plants we have. We spend most of our time dealing with herbs and natural roots that come in from different parts of the country. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We have big bags of dried leaves and jars of seeds everywhere. Sometimes it’s a bit of a mess, but we manage to keep things sorted. We have a few people who help us weigh everything and pack it into smaller containers. We don't use any high-tech machinery, just some simple scales and our hands. It’s a quiet place to work compared to the busy streets outside. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We all sit around the same table for lunch and talk about our families. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit shaky, so you have to be careful when you visit. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just like working with natural things and supplying them to people who need them. Most of our customers are folks who have been buying from us for a long time. We drink a lot of ginger tea and just try to get through our daily tasks.
