We are based in Lado Sarai, specifically at Prop No. K-318 on the ground floor. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for folks to just walk in when they have questions. The office is part of Kh. No. 316, which is a well-known bit of the South West Delhi area. It is a dusty part of town sometimes, but that’s just how Delhi is. We’ve got our files organized in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to someone else. The room is big enough for our team to work without bumping into each other too much. We focus on property matters around here, mostly because we know these streets better than anywhere else. There is always something going on in Lado Sarai, with the shops and the traffic. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. We spend our mornings answering emails and the afternoons out looking at different sites or meeting people. It is a lot of walking and talking. The paperwork can be a headache sometimes, but we just take it one page at a time. It’s a basic operation where we value being practical. We don't go in for big speeches or polished presentations, we just show what is available and let the properties speak for themselves. This is our daily routine.
