We are tucked away in Vasant Vihar at F-10/3. New Delhi is a huge place but this little corner is where we do our thing. We work on all sorts of crafts. It started small and it’s still pretty much just us doing the handiwork. There’s always some glue or paint somewhere it shouldn’t be. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a workshop where we actually make things. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many tools and materials lying around. We try to keep it tidy but when a project is halfway done, it’s a bit of a mess. People who come over usually notice the smell of wood or fabric right away. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which is nice for focusing. We spend our days cutting, sewing, or putting bits together. We don't really do much advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth or if they live nearby. It’s a bit of a struggle sometimes to get everything finished on time but we manage. We’ve been here for a good while now. The building is older but it has character. We use the natural light from the windows as much as we can. It’s just an honest day’s work for us. We like the hands-on part of it the most. There's something good about seeing a pile of materials turn into a finished item by the end of the week. It keeps us coming back to the bench every morning.
