Counsellors Clinic

Counsellors Clinic is located right in the middle of Connaught Place. Being in CP means it is always noisy outside, but we try to keep things a bit more quiet once you step through the door. It’s a strange contrast, the rush of the city right against the rooms where we sit and talk. We don't have a big flashing sign or anything like that. The clinic is just a set of rooms with some chairs and a few tables. We spend most of our time here listening to people. Connaught Place is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but we’ve been in this spot long enough that it feels like home. There’s no polished marketing stuff here. The paint on the walls is just a plain shade and the furniture is what you’d expect in any normal office. We get all sorts of people coming in because everyone passes through CP at some point. It’s a practical place for a clinic. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall nearby between appointments. The windows don’t let in too much of the street noise, luckily. It’s just a place where people can come and talk without all the fuss of a big medical center. We like the honesty of the space. It’s not trying to be anything other than a quiet corner in a loud part of Delhi.
