Citizen Archaeology Foundation

Citizen Archaeology Foundation is located over at K 62B in Green Park, New Delhi. If you know the area, it’s pretty easy to find once you get into the 110016 part of town. We spend most of our time here dealing with different bits and pieces of history. It’s not really a flashy place, just a regular building where we get our work done. Most days it’s just us going through papers or looking at things people have brought in. We started this because we liked the idea of regular people getting involved with what’s under the ground. It isn't always exciting, but it keeps us busy enough. The office is tucked away in Green Park, which is a nice enough spot to be based in. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that, mostly just small talks over tea about whatever we are currently looking into. Sometimes the neighbors ask what we are doing with all the old stuff, and we just explain it as best as we can. It’s a bit cramped with all the files and equipment we have lying around, but we make it work. New Delhi is a big place and there is always something new to find if you look hard enough. We just stay here and do our bit without making a big fuss about it. If you happen to be walking by K 62B, you'll see our sign. It's just a simple setup we've had for a while now and it suits us.
