Chronic Wellness Foundation

Our office is over in East Delhi, specifically at Kuber Plaza in Mayur Vihar Phase 1. We are up on the third floor in unit C-2. It’s a bit of a walk up if the lift is being slow, but we don’t mind it much. The building is quite busy with different businesses, so there’s always someone coming or going in the hallways. Inside our space, it’s mostly just desks, a few old filing cabinets, and a lot of notebooks. We keep a small kettle in the corner for making tea during breaks. The view from the window looks out over some of the other buildings in Mayur Vihar, and you can see the traffic moving along the main road. It gets quite bright in the mornings, so we often have to pull the curtains to see our screens. We aren’t really into big decorations; we just have what we need to stay organized. There is usually a stack of mail near the door that needs sorting. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, especially when there’s a festival or a lot of honking, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. It’s a practical location for us since it’s easy for people to find the plaza. We focus on getting through the day’s work without much fuss. It feels like a very typical Delhi workspace, a bit cramped but full of life and activity every single day and evening. Things stay pretty steady from Monday through the weekend.
