You can find our office on the 2nd Floor of the Dcm Building on Barakhamba Road. This part of the city is always buzzing with activity, and Barakhamba Road is one of those places that everyone knows. The DCM Building has a lot of history and you can feel it when you walk through the entrance and head up to the second floor. Our space here at Cholamandalam Ms Risk Services Ltd. is a mix of old-school office vibes and the usual modern equipment. We have high ceilings and some big windows that let in a lot of light, though they also let in the sound of the traffic and the sirens from outside. It’s a busy place to be. Inside, we have rows of desks and quite a few cabinets filled with old records and files. There’s always someone walking around or talking, so it never feels empty. We have a small area for water and tea, which is usually the busiest spot in the office around eleven in the morning. The elevator in the building is one of those older types that makes a bit of noise, so some of us just take the stairs since we are only on the second floor anyway. It’s a solid place to work from, right in the heart of things, and it suits the way we go about our daily business.
