Chitkara University

This office for Chitkara University is right in the middle of everything at Connaught Place. We are on the first floor of the Indra Prakash Building on Barakhamba Road, at office number 105. It is really easy to find since the Barakhamba metro station is just a short walk away, which helps with the Delhi traffic. We have been in this spot for a good bit now, helping students and their parents figure out what to do after they finish school. It is usually quite busy here with people coming in to ask about courses or fill out their admission forms. We are not the actual campus with the big hostels and sports grounds, just the Delhi touchpoint for people who want to get information without traveling all the way out to the main university site. The office is a basic setup with some desks, chairs, and stacks of brochures. We spend most of our day on the phone or sitting across from families who are worried about entrance exams and cut-off marks. Barakhamba Road is always noisy with cars and buses, but inside the building, it is a bit quieter so we can actually have a conversation. We handle the paperwork and explain how the different programs work. It is a lot of explaining the same things over and over, but it is important for the kids. Sometimes the elevator in Indra Prakash is slow, so we just take the stairs to save time. It is a straightforward place for anyone in Delhi.
