You can find us out in Pooth Khurd, which is near Bawana in Central Delhi. Our place is at Khasa No 154/ 95. It’s right near Kastoori Model School, so we hear the kids playing and the school bells ringing all through the day. That part of the neighborhood is usually quite busy in the mornings when parents are dropping off their children. Our building isn't very tall, and we’ve tried to keep things simple inside. We don’t have much in the way of expensive furniture, just some chairs and tables that get the job done. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, which is pretty common around here, so we just wait it out or work by the windows. The light comes in nicely in the afternoons. Pooth Khurd has a specific feel to it, a bit away from the main rush of the city but still plenty busy with local shops and people walking by. We’ve got a small sign outside so people don't miss us, though it's easy to spot once you find the school. The floors are concrete and we keep them swept, but with the wind blowing in from the open areas, there’s always a bit of sand around. It’s a honest place to work. We spend our time talking to locals and handling the daily paperwork that piles up on the desks. It’s not a quiet office, but it’s ours. We usually take turns going out to get tea for everyone in the mid-morning. It's just a regular office life here for us.
