We focus on surgical instruments and related tools. It’s a lot of metal and precision work. Our day usually starts early, getting the shutters up and organizing the display cases. We aren't a big corporation with a board of directors. It's mostly family and a few helpers. We talk to doctors and hospital staff who are looking for specific tools. We don’t use fancy marketing because we don’t need to. People know where we are and they know we carry what they need. Sometimes we sit on small stools and drink tea while waiting for the next customer. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We’ve seen the market change over the decades, but the way we do business stays the same. We just provide the tools and try to be fair with everyone who walks through the door. It’s a simple life, and we’re happy to be part of this busy trade hub. The work is steady and we appreciate the people we meet every day.
