We have been sitting here in this office in Shahdara for a long time now. The address is 1/3334-A over in the Ram Nagar Extension area of Delhi. It’s a busy part of the city and there is always something going on outside our windows, anyway. We mostly spend our time doing training and talking about software stuff. The building isn’t one of those new glass towers you see in some parts of town. It’s a regular brick building that has seen a lot of people come and go over the years. We have a bunch of computers set up and a few small classrooms for when people want to learn stuff. It gets a bit cramped when it is raining because everyone tries to crowd inside to stay dry. There is a tea stall just around the corner where most of us go when we need a break from the screens. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist who wears a suit. Usually, you just walk in and find someone at a desk. The walls are a bit plain and we have some old files stacked up in the corner that we really should organize one day, but we never do. It is just a place where work happens every day from morning until the sun goes down. We know the people in the neighborhood and they know us. It feels like home after being here so long and we like the local vibe.
