Career Saarthi is located at BP-146 in Shalimar Bagh. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s a bit quieter than some of the main markets. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. We’re a private limited company, but we don't have a big fancy lobby. It's just a regular office where we sit down and talk about careers. We mostly focus on helping people find their way with their jobs or studies. It’s a lot of listening and looking at resumes. The neighborhood is pretty nice, and we know most of the people nearby. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that; we just do our work day by day. Sometimes the mail takes a while to get here, but that’s just life at BP-146. We have a few desks and some files everywhere. It’s a working office, not a showroom. People come to see us when they’re feeling a bit stuck with their professional life. We try to be practical about it. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other well. Shalimar Bagh is a good place to be based because it's central for a lot of people. We’re just here doing our thing, trying to be a guide for those who need it. It’s not complicated. We open up in the morning, handle our appointments, and head home in the evening like everyone else. It is just a honest local business.
