If you head down to Amar Market in Saurabh Vihar, you’ll find us at N-86/3. This part of Jaitpur in New Delhi is always buzzing with people and stalls. It can be quite a struggle to drive through the market in the afternoons, so we usually get our heavy lifting done early in the morning. Our space is right in the middle of all that energy. It’s a bit of a cramped office, honestly, because we have so much Canon gear stored in the back rooms. We have a couple of old fans that rattle when they’re on high, but they do the job. The floors are tiled and easy to clean, which is good because a lot of dust comes in from the street. We don't have any fancy furniture, just some basic chairs and tables that we’ve used for years. It feels like a real part of the neighborhood. We know the guy who sells fruit outside and the people in the shop next door. It’s a very community-oriented vibe even though we’re doing technical work. We spend our time checking invoices and making sure the deliveries aren't stuck in traffic. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes and checking labels. We aren't a corporate showroom with glass walls. We’re just a local branch where people work hard and try to get things right every day for the folks who need us.
