Campbell South Asia Foundation

We operate out of an LIG flat, number 192, over in Sector 14 of Dwarka. It’s on the third floor in Pocket 2. Dwarka Phase 2 is a fairly quiet area compared to some other parts of West Delhi. Campbell South Asia Foundation is the name we’ve got registered. We’ve been set up in this flat for some time. It’s not a huge space, so things can get a little cramped when everyone is in the office at once. We have a couple of computers that are getting a bit old and some shelves full of folders. It’s a functional place, not a showpiece. We do research and look at how things are going in this part of the world. It’s mostly sitting at desks and looking at data, which isn't very exciting to talk about. We aren't a big international agency with a fancy glass building. We’re just here in a regular apartment block. Sometimes the lift doesn't work, so we have to take the stairs. It keeps us fit, I guess. We work with a small team. Everyone does a bit of everything. We don't have fancy titles or big offices. If there’s a job to do, someone just grabs it. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. Just a small group trying to contribute something useful from our little flat in Dwarka. It's quiet enough for us to focus, and we like being part of the neighborhood here.
