If you head over to Ramesh Park in Laxmi Nagar, you’ll find us at R-136A on Street Number 6. This is where the British Standard Institution, or BSI as some call it, is set up. We are right in the middle of a busy residential and commercial mix in Delhi-110092. It is not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it, but once you get to Street 6, we are right there. The office is pretty functional. We have a lot of files and standards we have to keep track of, so there is paper everywhere. It’s a working office, not a showroom, so don't expect anything too polished. We have a small team here in Laxmi Nagar who handle the daily tasks. It gets pretty hot in the summers, but we have some fans and units to keep things moving. We deal with a lot of different people coming in for certifications and advice on standards. It’s mostly just sitting at desks and going through requirements. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby; we just want to get the work finished correctly. The neighborhood is full of life, with tea stalls and shops right around the corner, which is handy for lunch. We've been in this part of Delhi for a while and have just become part of the local landscape. It is a basic setup, but it gets the job done for everyone involved.
