Brilliant Security & Placement Pvt. Ltd. has its office at H62, on the first floor of the Central Market in Lajpat Nagar. Lajpat Nagar is one of the busiest places you could ever be, with shoppers everywhere and people yelling about prices. Being in the Central Market means there is never a quiet moment. We are up on the first floor, so we can look down at the street and see the crowds moving below. We do two main things here: we provide security guards and we also help people find jobs in different companies. It's a lot of talking to people. One minute we are interviewing a guy for a guard position and the next we are helping someone figure out where they can work as a helper or a driver. The office is small and usually filled with people waiting their turn. We try to keep things organized, but in a place like Lajpat Nagar, things can get a bit chaotic. We’ve been in this market for a long time and we know how it works. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of marketing people. Most people find us by just walking up the stairs after seeing our sign. It's a practical business. We help people find work and we help businesses stay secure.
