You can find our office at Unit 5D on the fifth floor of the Jw Marriott Asset Area 4 in Delhi Aerocity. It sounds fancy because of the hotel name, but our actual workspace is just a regular office. We spend most of our time at our computers or in small meetings. The view from the windows is mostly of planes taking off and landing, which can be distracting sometimes. We focus on skills training, which keeps us pretty busy through the week. The elevators are fast, which is nice, but the security downstairs can be a bit of a hassle if you are not used to it. Inside, we have a small coffee area that is usually a mess by noon. We have got a mix of people working here, and we do not really follow a strict dress code or anything. It is a comfortable enough spot to get the job done. Sometimes we go downstairs to the courtyard when we need a break from the fluorescent lights. We chose this spot because it is easy for people to get to from the airport or the metro. It isn't a giant operation, just a dedicated group of people trying to help others learn. We have some plants that we sometimes forget to water, but the office stays functional and the doors stay open until late.
