Blal Social Foundation

Blal Social Foundation is based in Shakarpur at S-621 on the third floor. We are in the Nehru Enclave area, specifically the School Block, which is right near the park. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view, but it also means a lot of walking up and down since there isn't always a lift working or available. The office itself is just a regular room where we do our daily business. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and finding a parking spot can be a real headache sometimes. We have some old furniture and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a big corporate headquarters. We are just a small group of people trying to manage our foundation’s work from this corner of Shakarpur. During the summer, it gets quite hot up here, but we manage. We don't have any formal mission statements hanging on the walls or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes the park nearby gets loud with kids playing, but it’s a nice background noise for our office. If you need to find us, just look for the S-621 building in the School Block. It’s a plain building and we are just one of the offices inside. We just take things one day at a time here.
